If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased item, you can easily return it and get a refund. Please feel free to contact us at

-All purchased goods (except swimsuits, underwear, panties, bags and accessories) can be returned within 30 days after receiving the last package of the order.
-The items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, and ensure that all items in the packaging are intact. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all costs incurred and no refund will be given.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be considered as returns.
Damaged or lost goods must be reported within 7 days after receiving the package.
After -30 days, we will not provide a refund under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us via
[email protected] to let us know, we want to ensure that your buying experience remains original.
Purchase is not eligible for return
-Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
-Swimwear, underwear and panties cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Swimwear can only be returned if there are defective/damaged or wrong items.
-After submitting the return request online, you must email us the picture containing the problem/defect.
Quick refund: We will refund your original payment method within one week.
Warm reminder: The returned package should be authorized. Any return request that is not authorized by customer service will not be accepted.
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued. If you decide to cancel the order, please submit a help ticket from "Contact Us". For orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
